How to place an order?

1. Contact us!

Send us an email with your business details, such as:
- name/company name
- billing address
- delivery address (if different)
- VAT no. (if available)*
- Phone number

* If you are an EU resident but have no valid intra-EU VAT number, you may still become a B2B
customer but please be aware that 23% VAT will be charged to the net amount.

2. Get access to your account.

We will create your customer account and provide
access to our B2B server with our catalogue and special
offers.

3. Make a choice and mail us.

You may browse our stocks and mail us indicating the
desired product codes and quantities you wish to order.

4. Get your order details
and confirm.

You will then receive your order details from us
(modification still possible).

5. Receive a pro-forma invoice
and pay.

After your confirmation of the order you will receive a pro-forma
invoice including shipping charge and our bank details. Your
order is then collected by our warehouse team and completed
for dispatch (order modification not possible at this stage).

6. Receive your order.

As soon as your payment is received, goods will be dispatched
with a parcel service provider (cartons) or with a logistic company
(pallets). You will then receive tracking number of your delivery.
